본 논문에서는 베트남 학습자의 파괴 요인과 동기 요인과 학습자 변수와의 상관 관계를 분석 하였다. 결과는 주요 동기 부여가 '학습 요소'였고 주요 동기 부여는 '제 2 언어의 인식과 중요성'이었다. 학습자의 성별 차이는 여학생이 탈동기를 부여 할 가능성이 높고 남학생이 재동기를 부여 할 가능성이 높음을 나타냅니다. 탈동기 요인의 '학습 부담 및 시험'에서 탈락 경향이 감소한 다음 다시 높은 수준으로 증가했다. 이것은 학교에가는 부담으로 인한 것입니다. 학습 기간이 1년을 초과할수록 학습자가 탈동기화 되는 경향이 높아지고 1년 미만의 학습자는 재동기화 될 가능성이 더 큽니다. 해외 유학 유형의 동기 부여 요인 중 '교사 요인'은 언어 연수생 중 가장 높았으며 교사 수가 적은 언어 연수생의 특성 인 것으로 보입니다. 본 논문에서 논의한 탈동기 요인과 재동기 요인을 바탕으로 교사는 학습자에게 한국어의 중요성을 상기시키는 역학을 수행해야한다는 것을 알 수 있다.
Abstract
In this paper, we analyzed the demotivation factors and remotivation factors of Vietnamese learners and their correlation with learner variables. The results showed that the main de-motivator was 'learning factor' and the main remotivation was 'recognition and importance of second language'. The differences among learners' genders indicated that female students were more likely to be demotivation and male students were more likely to be remotivation. In proficiency, the trend of demotivation in 'learning burden and test' of demotivation factor decreased and then increased again toward higher level. This is due to the burden on going to school. The more the study period was over 1 year, the higher the tendency of learners to be demobilized, and the learners who were less than 1 year were more likely to resynchronize. Among the remotivation factors in the type of study abroad, the 'teacher factor' was the highest in the language trainees, which seems to be a characteristic of the language trainees with fewer teachers. Based on the demotivator and remotivator factors discussed in this paper, it can be seen that the teacher has to do a dynamic that reminds the learner about the importance of Korean language.
