예비 한국어 교원의 문법 수업 교안 분석 연구

본 연구는 예비 한국어 교원들이 작성한 문법 수업 교안을 분석하고, 예비 교원의 수업 기획 및 교수 역량에 대해 고찰하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 선행 연구 검토와 전문가 자문을 통해 문법 수업 교안 분석 기준을 도출하고 이를 활용하여 H대학교의 한국어 문법 교육론 강의를 수강한 학생들이 작성한 60개의 문법 수업 교안을 분석하였다. 그리고 교안 작성 과정에서의 어려움과 중점 사항에 대한 설문조사를 32명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 우선 예비 교원들은 예문 생성 및 활동 설계와 같은 창의적인 영역에서 어려움을 겪는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 문법의 의미보다는 형태 설명에 중점을 두었으며, 학습자 수준에 맞는 교사용 언어 및 질문 조정에 어려움을 겪는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 상하위 집단과 관계없이 문법의 의미 정보를 제시할 때 어려움을 느끼고 있었고, 반면에 상하위 집단간 점수 차이가 가장 크게 나타난 부분은 ‘자료의 충실성’과 ‘활동 내용의 다양성’ 측면으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 본고에서는 예비 교원의 수업 역량 제고를 위해 교안 작성의 체계적인 안내와 구체적 사례 제시, 실무 중심 학습 방법의 도입 등을 제안하였다.
Abstract
This study aims to analyze grammar lesson plans created by prospective Korean language teachers and examine their lesson planning and teaching competencies. The analysis was based on 60 lesson plans from students of the Korean Grammar Teaching Methodology course at H University, using criteria derived from a review of previous studies and expert consultations. Additionally, a survey was conducted with 32 participants to explore difficulties in lesson planning. The results showed that teachers struggled with creating example sentences and designing activities, focusing more on grammatical forms than meanings. Significant differences were found in “material completeness” and “activity diversity.” Based on these findings, the study suggests providing systematic guidance, concrete examples, and practical learning approaches to improve teaching competencies.
