Abstract
This paper provides a diachronic analysis of Na Jong-young's poetic world, focusing on the aesthetic representation of nature. By approaching Na's poetry, which has not been deeply illuminated in previous studies, this paper aims to identify the changing meaning of nature across his three poetry collections and the subsequent expansion and maturation of his poetic thought. In Na Jong-young's poetry, nature is shown to expand and deepen, evolving from a space that witnesses history to one that reflects on love, and ultimately, to a philosophical space that transcends existence. This suggests that the poet consistently portrayed the process of his ontological maturation through the symbol of nature as he navigated through historical eras and personal experiences.
