Abstract
This paper is about that how a social network of university students influence to joining consumer education. For the purpose, we explore two research questions; (1) How the structural properties of the social network influence to join consumer education of university students? (2) How the structural properties of the sub-network influence to join consumer education of university students?Using data, we first visualized a social network of university students. We also deducted 14 sub-networks from the network, and visualized. And then we analyzed two network properties, degree and density for examining influence of the properties to join consumer education. We found degree of the network is about 2, and density is 0.3 that is letter low then completely connected network. This result show that the network form many small cluster which call sub-network, and they have strong tie within the sub-network. Also in order to analyze the relation between two properties of the social network and joining consumer education of university students, we did regression. From the analysis, we found the density strongly influence to joining consumer education in the social network and the sub-networks, and the density in sub-network is more important.
