예비노인소비자·노인소비자의 사회적 참여소비의 유형화 및삶의 만족도에 미치는 효과

의학과 과학기술이 발달하면서 전 세계적으로 고령화 현상이 일어나고 있다. 노인인구가 증가하면서 사람들의 관심은 단순한 수명의 증가보다 노년의 삶의 질에 대한 문제로 옮겨가고 있는데, 이러한 현상은 비단 개인적인 문제가 아니라 사회적인 문제로 대두되고 있다. 소비자의 소비행위를 이분화 할 때 집을 중심으로 한 내부적 생활과 집 밖으로의 외부적 생활로 분리할 수 있는데, 집 외부와 연결된 사회적 참여 소비생활은 개인주의적 성향이 강한 현대 생활에서 그 의미가 매우 크다. 이에 본 연구에서는 예비노인소비자와 노인소비자의 사회적 참여소비 지출의 현황을 알아보고, 유형화하였으며, 사회적 참여소비 지출이 예비노인소비자와 노인소비자의 삶의 만족도에 어떠한 효과를 보이는지 살펴보았다. 분석 결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 전체 사회적 참여소비 지출액과 세부 비목인 통신비, 교통비, 문화생활비 모두 예비노인소비자가 노인소비자보다 지출액이 많은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적 참여소비 지출 유형을 알아보기 위하여 군집분석을 실시한 결과, 통신/교통비 중심형, 문화생활비 중심형, 통신비 중심형, 교통비 중심형으로 유형화되었다. 셋째, 삶의 만족도를 요인 분석한 결과, 삶의 만족도는 친구/이웃관계, 건강/여가활동, 가족관계, 경제/주거만족도 요인으로 분류되었다. 넷째, 예비노인소비자, 노인소비자를 분류하는 노인소비자 여부, 사회적 참여소비 지출이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위하여 이원분산분석을 실시한 결과, 노인소비자 여부, 사회적 참여소비 지출은 삶의 만족도에 상호작용 효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 각 요인별로 살펴보면 친구/이웃관계, 가족관계, 경제/주거관계가 노인소비자 여부와 함께 삶의 만족도에 상호작용 효과를 보였고, 건강/여가활동은 삶의 만족도에 주효과는 보였으나 노인소비자 여부와 상호작용 효과는 보이지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 노인소비자의 삶의 질 향상에 있어서 사회적 참여 활동이 주요한 영향변수이나, 사회적 참여소비 지출액이나 유형에 따라 삶의 만족도에 미치는 효과가 달라 각기 다른 접근 방식으로 관련 정책이나 교육 방안을 모색해야 함을 함의한다.
Abstract
It is evolves medicine and science technology, a rapidly aging population worldwide is taking place in this times. An elderly population increases people's attention is a simple increase in life expectancy than the quality of life in old age had begun to shift problem of this phenomenon, a silk personal problem is not a social problem, emerging on. The consumption of consumer behaviour into two when internal life revolved around the house and externally into life, can be detached from outside the house, which associated with the outside society participation. That the consumer is to individualization as strong a means for modern life is very big. As a result, this study recognize the current state of consumer spending and social participation of the elderly, type of service. Preliminary consumer spending, old man also has social participation and recognized what you see the old man's life satisfaction in any capacity. First, the analysis results of consumer spending, social participation and detailed category preliminary communication costs, transportation, and cultural activities, both the study found that many spending, there are so many old man. Second, social participation by consumer spending to determine the type of Cluster Analysis by Two-way ANOVA, telecommunications and transportation hub, the type, and cultural activities centered, communication service bill centered, transportation. Classification by streamlining its center. Third, life satisfaction score of neighbor relations, health and leisure activities/After analyzing factors, life satisfaction were friends and family relations, economic and were sorted into factors of residential satisfaction.
