예비유아교사의 교직인·적성 검사도구(안) 타당화 연구

본 연구의 목적은 유아교사 양성대학에서 활용할 수 있는 예비유아교사 교직인·적성 검사도구의 개발을 위해서 관련 문헌분석을 토대로 구성한 예비유아교사 교직인·적성 검사도구(안)의 타당도를 검증하는 것이다. 이와 같은 연구목적을 달성하기 위해서 문헌 분석과 전문가 내용타당도에 기초하여 예비유아교사의 교직인·적성 검사도구(안)을 구성하였다. 구성된 예비유아교사의 교직인·적성 검사도구(안)의 타당도와 신뢰도를 알아보기 위하여 535명의 예비유아교사를 대상으로 구인타당도와 신뢰도 검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 문헌 분석 및 전문가 내용타당도에 의해서 예비유아교사의 교직인·적성 검사도구(안)은 10요인(열정·책임감, 윤리·신뢰, 자기조절·자신감, 주도성, 개방성, 전문성 발달, 사고력, 협력, 타인존중, 의사소통)의 116문항으로 구성하였다. 둘째, 요인분석을 실시한 결과, 요인계수 .30 이하인 16문항, 요인과 문항 내용이 부적절한 2문항, 요인이 중복된 1개요인, 4문항 등 총 1요인, 22문항을 삭제하였다. 조정된 9개 요인의 전체 신뢰도 계수 Cronbach’s α는 .98로 높게 나타났으며, 요인별 신뢰도는 .94～.83이었다. 셋째, 타당도와 신뢰도 검증 결과에 기초하여 예비유아교사 교직인·적성 검사도구(안)을 9요인(협력, 타인존중, 열정·헌신, 전문성 발달·문제해결력, 의사소통, 책임감, 자기조절, 자신감·개방성, 윤리·신뢰) 94문항으로 수정하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to validate the personality and teaching aptitude test which can be utilized in pre-service teacher of Early Childhood Education Institution. The personality and teaching aptitude test for pre-service early childhood teachers was developed based on literature analysis and expert content validity. This study was conducted to construct validity and reliability based upon testing of 535 pre-service early childhood teachers to check its’ validity and reliability. The results of this study were as follows: First, according to the literature analysis and expert content validity, the personality and teaching aptitude test for pre-service early childhood teachers was composed of 116 questions with 10 factors(passion/ responsibility, ethics/ trust, self-control/ self–confidence, initiative, openness, professional development, critical thinking, cooperation, respect for others, and communication). Second, one factor and 22 questions were deleted because 16 questions were less than .30 factor loading, two questions were inadequate, and four questions were duplicated after performing factor analysis. The adjusted reliability coefficient of nine factors was Cronbach’s α = .98 and each factor ranged from .94 to .83. Third, the personality and teaching aptitude test was modified based on the results of the validity and reliability test with 94 questions in nine factors(cooperation, respect for others, passion/ dedication, professional development/ problem solving ability, communication, responsibility, self–control, self–confidence/ openness, and ethics/ trust).
