예비초등교사의 교직인성역량 검사도구 개발

이 연구는 예비초등교사의 교직인성역량을 잴 수 있는 검사 도구를 개발하고 타당성을 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 교직인성역량과 관련된 이론적 문헌 분석과 전문가의 내용 타당도 검증을 통하여 79개 문항을 구성하였다. 본 연구의 결과 예비초등교사의 교직인성역량 검사도구는 긍정적인 자아개념, 공동체 윤리, 협력, 소명과 교직관, 의사소통, 성실과 책임, 학습자 이해의 7개 요인 구조를 가지고 있음을 확인하였다. 32개 문항으로 구성된 문항양호도와 척도의 타당도 및 신뢰도가 적절한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 개발된 검사 도구는 예비초등교사의 교직인성역량을 간편하게 측정하는데 적절하다고 볼 수 있고, 교직인성역량을 구성하는 요인을 비교적 잘 측정하고 있다는 결론에 이를 수 있다. 본 연구에서 개발된 예비초등교사의 교직인성역량 검사도구는 예비초등교사를 대상으로 하는 교직인성 연구를 활발하게 수행하는데 긍정적인 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to develop a test tool that can measure the teaching personality competency of pre-primary elementary school teachers and to verify their validity. 79 items were composed through the analysis of theoretical literature related to the teaching personality competency and verification of the validity of the contents of experts. As a result of this study, the teaching personality competency test tool of pre-primary elementary school teachers consisted of 32 items. Response distribution, item discrimination, and scale validity and reliability were found to be appropriate. It can be that the test tool developed in this study is suitable for simple measurement of teaching personality competency of pre-service elementary teachers.
