象村 申欽의 春川 流配期 文學 活動 一考 - 『春城錄』을 중심으로 -

Abstract

In this thesis, I studied Shin Heum's literary activities during his exile in Chuncheon, which can be said to be a turning point in his life and literature, focusing on Chunseongnok. Shin Heum expressed his frustration in the early days of exile in various ways in Chunseongnok. In addition, he was interested in his own aging and described several times his remorse for himself growing old and his anxiety about the fact that his friends who recognized him gradually diminished as he aged. Shin Heum criticized the era of Gwanghaegun. He directly criticized the contemporary era or indirectly criticized the contemporary era through commentary on historical events. In Shin-Heum's critical consciousness, there is an attitude that he suffered unjust political hardships. In short, it can be evaluated that the psychological change of Shin-Heum, who wanted to think and criticize the cause of his suffering from a more calm position, instead of reducing his initial resentment and anger, was well revealed in Chunseongnok. As the life of exile gradually became stable, Shin Heum became interested in academic study. This is intensively included in the second half of Chunseongnok, showing the trajectory of Shin Heum's interest in exile in Chuncheon from history to various fields of study, especially the philology of Confucian classics.
