상임위 모니터링 결과, 국회의원들의 품위 변인과 관련해서 ‘품위가 전혀 없거’나 ‘없다’고 평가된 사례가 10.7%에 달했다. 사실성 변인과 관련, ‘사실성이 전혀 없거’나 ‘없다’고 판단된 사례가 4.8%에 달했다. 공공성과 관련, 일부 의원들의 공공성 평균값이 3.0 정도로 매우 낮게 나타났다. 의원들의 사회적 책무를 감안 할 때 이는 문제점으로 지적될 만하다. 국회 차원은 물론 국회의원 개인 차원에서도 유권자들로부터 신망과 존경을 받을 수 있도록 노력하는 자세가 요구된다. 본회의 모니터링 조사결과는 상임위와 비교 할 때 빈도수가 적어 의미를 설명하기에는 무리가 있었다. 향후 연구에서 보완될 부분이다.
Abstract
Followings are the monitoring analyses of National Assemblymen’s language who belongs to the Councils. First of all, regarding the decency variable, ‘never decent’ and ‘not decent’ together was 10.7%. Second, regarding the factuality, ‘never factual’ and ‘not factual’ together was 4.8%. Third, regarding the public interest, mean value of some assemblymen was around 3.0. Assemblymen’s language should be improved in terms decency, public interest, and factuality. Regarding the monitoring of the main conference, there were too few frequencies to get meaningful analysis.
