정상 성인에서 Haloperidol이 정신생리적 기능에 미치는 영향

Abstract

To investigate the effects of haloperidol on psychophysiologic function in normal adults, author applied reaction time for attention and visual analogue scale for daytime fatigue, mood and sleepiness to normal volunteers before and after administration of haloperidol 2.5mg. The subjects were 8 healthy young adults, aged from 20 to 24 years old. The results were summarized as follows : 1. Compared with baseline, haioperidoi increased subjective feeling of sleepiness and dysphonc mood significantly in the morning after halopendol administration. 2. Compared with baseline, haloperidol delayed reaction time significantly on the day after haloperidol administration. 3. In the baseline, daytime sleepiness was positively correlated with feeling of fatigue and dysphoric mood. 4. On the day after halopendol administration, daytime sleepiness was negatively correlated with reaction time, and positively correlated with feeling of fatigue and dysphoric mood.
