한국에서의 사회갈등 논의의 의미연결망 분석 :주요 포탈에서의 핵심어간 네트워크를 중심으로

본 연구에서는 사회갈등의 의미연결망 분석을 위하여 빅데이터 분석 기법 중에서도 텍스톰(textoM) 패키지를 활용하였다. 연구기간은 2015년 5월 1일부터 2017년 4월 30일까지 2년 동안이었으며, 데이터 수집은 (1) Naver의 웹문서, 블로그, 뉴스, 카페, 지식IN, (2) Daum의 웹문서, 블로그, 뉴스, 카페, (3) Google의 웹문서, 뉴스를 대상으로 하였다. 텍스트 수집을 위한 키워드는 사회갈등, 사회, 갈등, 영호남, 남북한, 정신, 문화, 세대, 지역, 부부, 남녀, 계층, 이념, 정당, 사상, 계급 등 16개로 하였다. 연구결과, 사회갈등 관련 전체 네트워크는 세 가지 차원의 연결밀도 고리를 확인할 수 있었다. 첫째, 연결밀도가 가장 높은 중심 부분에는 ‘사회’, ‘사상’, ‘계층’, ‘지역’, ‘갈등’, ‘세대’, ‘정치’, ‘한국’, ‘국가’, ‘계급’ ‘이념’, ‘역사’ 등의 키워드들이 위치하고 있었다. 둘째, 네트워크 중심과 가장자리의 중간부분에는 ‘집단’, ‘정부’, ‘정당’, ‘시대’, ‘대통령’, ‘교육’, ‘탄핵’, ‘박근혜’, ‘사실’, ‘관심’, ‘문제’, ‘개인’, ‘변화’, ‘중국’, ‘관계’, ‘남녀’, ‘경제’, ‘자유’, ‘민족’, ‘통일’, ‘북한’ 등의 키워드들이 위치하고 있었다. 셋째, 연결밀도가 가장 낮은 네트워크 가장 바깥쪽에는 ‘제도’, ‘대립’, ‘평화’, ‘김대중’, ‘노무현’, ‘세월호’, ‘안철수’, ‘박사모’, ‘사건’, ‘교회’, ‘부부’, ‘기독교’, ‘가정’, ‘이슬람’, ‘가치’, ‘조선’, ‘차별’, ‘삶’, ‘평등’, ‘발전’, ‘노동자’, ‘체제’ 등의 키워드들이 위치하고 있었다. N-gram 네트워크 그래프를 통하여 몇 개의 하위 연결망 구조를 파악해 본 결과, 두 개의 중요한 연결망 구조가 발견되었다. 가장 핵심적인 연결망 구조는 ‘갈등’을 중심으로 ‘세대’, ‘지역’, ‘계층’, ‘문화’, ‘사회’ 등의 키워드가 모이는 네트워크이다. ‘사회’ 또한 ‘갈등’ 옆에서 중심적 역할을 수행하고 있는데 ‘정치’라는 키워드는 ‘사회’나 ‘갈등’으로 모이지 않고 전혀 다른 방향으로 연결되고 있었다.
Abstract
In this study, TextoM package was used to analyze the semantic network of social conflicts. The study period was from May 1, 2015 to April 30, 2017 for two years. The data collection is based on (1) Naver’s web documents, blogs, news, cafes, intellectuals, (2) Daum’s web documents, blogs, news, cafes, (3) Google’s web documents, News. Keywords for collecting text were 16 keywords such as social conflict, society, conflict, Young Ho Nam, North and South Korea, spirit, culture, generation, region, couple, man and woman, hierarchy, ideology, party, ideology and class. As a result of the research, the whole network related to social conflicts was able to confirm the link density chain of three dimensions. First, in the central part with the highest connection density, ‘social’, ‘thought’, ‘hierarchy’, ‘region’, ‘conflict’, ‘generation’, ‘politics’, ‘Ideology’, ‘history’. Second, in the middle of the network center and the edge, there are ‘group’, ‘government’, ‘political party’, ‘age’, ‘presidential’, ‘education’, ‘impeachment’, ‘problem’, ‘individual’, ‘change’, ‘China’, ‘relationship’, ‘men and women’, ‘economy’, ‘freedom’, ‘ethnicity’, ‘unification’, ‘North Korea’. Third, the connection density is the lowest and the outermost part of the network is composed of ‘institution’, ‘confrontation’, ‘peace’, ‘Kim Dae Jung’, ‘Roh Moo Hyun’, ‘Seowol’, ‘Ahn Cheol Soo’ , ‘church’, ‘couple’, ‘christianity’, ‘family’, ‘islam’, ‘value’, ‘chosun’, ‘discrimination’, ‘life’, ‘equality’, ‘system’. Through the N-gram network graph, we have identified several sub-network structures and found two important network structures. The core network structure is a network where keywords such as ‘generation’, ‘region’, ‘hierarchy’, ‘culture’, and ‘society’ center around ‘conflict’. ‘Society’ also plays a central role by ‘conflict’, and the keyword ‘politics’ has been connected in a totally different direction without being gathered by ‘society’ or ‘conflict’.
