본 연구의 목적은 가족회복탄력성 척도를 개발하고 타당화하는 것이다. 이를 위해 문헌고찰을 바탕으로 구성요인과 예비문항을 개발하였다. 척도개발 설문조사에 참여한 415명에 대해 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 이후 타당화 설문조사에 참여한 417명을 대상으로 타당도를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가족회복탄력성 척도의 탐색적 요인분석 결과 의사소통, 영성, 공적지지, 경제적 안정, 사회지지의 5요인, 22문항이 구성되었다. 요인별 Cronbach α는 영성 .879, 의사소통 .918, 경제적 안정 .874, 사회지지 .905, 공적지지 .899로 내적일치도가 확인되었다. 둘째, 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 도출된 5개 요인구조를 확인하기 위해 확인적 요인분석을 실시한 결과, GFI, RMSEA, RFI, IFI, TLI, CFI, NFI 등 다양한 적합도 지수에서 모형적합도가 타당한 것으로 확인되었으며, 수렴타당도와 판별타당도가 타당한 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 준거타당도 검증을 위해 한국형 가족건강성 척도 II(KFSS-II)와 임상적 회복탄력성 척도(CRI)의 상관관계에서도 대부분 기준을 충족하는 것으로 나타났다. 그 결과, 가족회복탄력성 척도가 신뢰도 및 타당도를 갖추었음이 확인되었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to develop and validate a Family Resilience Scale (FRS). To this end, construct factors and pilot items were developed based on the literature review. Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) were conducted on 415 people who participated in the first survey for scale development. Afterwards, the validity was also verified for 417 people who participated in the second survey. The results of this study are as follows. First, as a result of the Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) of the family resilience scale, 22 items were composed from the five factors of communication, spirituality, public support, economic stability, and social support. The reliability of the family resilience scale ranged from .874 to .918, and Cronbach α (the Cronbach’s alpha estimate) by factor was .879 for spirituality, .918 for communication, .874 for economic stability, .905 for social support, and .899 for public support. Second, as a result of conducting Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) to confirm the structure of the five factors derived through Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), the model fit for the factor structure was confirmed, and convergent validity and discriminant validity were confirmed. Third, in order to verify the criterion-related validity of the Family Resilience Scale, correlations with the Korean Family Health Scale II (KFSS-II) and the Clinical Resilience Inventory (CRI) were examined. Most of the correlations met the established criteria. Through the above process, it was confirmed that the family resilience scale had reliability and validity.
