장애아 부모 탄력성 척도 타당화 연구

연구목적: 본 연구는 장애자녀를 양육하는 부모의 탄력성을 알아보기 위한 탄력성 척도의 타당성 검증을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: 본 연구에서는 신우열 외(2009)가 개발하여 타당화한 회복탄력성 검사를 장애자녀를 양육하는 부모를 대상으로 타당도 검증을 하였다. 서울, 부산, 경기, 충남, 경북, 제주에 거주하는 만 0세~21세 장애 자녀를 둔 부모 363명을 대상으로 문항분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 공인타당도 검증, 신뢰도 분석을 하였다. 연구결과: 문항분석과 탐색적 요인분석 결과 26문항 7개의 요인구조가 탐색되었다. 7개 요인은 각각 의사소통기술, 자기조절, 삶에 대한 만족, 감사하기, 문제해결, 자기효능감, 대인 관계로 명명하였다. 이에 대한 확인적 요인분석결과 7개의 하위 요인을 1차 요인으로 하고 탄력성을 2차 요인으로 하는 위계적 요인구조가 적합한 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 준거관련척도와의 상관분석을 통해 공인타당도가 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 척도 전체에 대한 Cronbach’s α는 .91로 매우 양호한 결과를 나타냈다. 결론: 본 연구에서 검증된 척도는 장애아 부모의 탄력성 연구 및 가족지원 프로그램 개발 데에도 유용하리라 기대한다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의, 제한점 및 후속 연구 방향에 대해 논의하였다.
Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the reliability and validity of the resilience scale for parents of children with disabilities. Method: Participants were 363 parents of children with disabilities from 0 to 21 years. The used instrument consists of 27 items and demonstrates nine factor-structure. Exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability test, and correlation analysis with other scales were performed. Results: The results of item analysis and a exploratory factor analysis indicated that a seven factor-structure with 26 items was appropriate: communication skills, self-control, life satisfaction, gratitude, problem solving, self-efficacy, and personal relations. The results of the confirmatory factor analysis supported a seven-factor structure and second-order hierarchical factor structure. Conclusion: These results suggested that the Resilience Scale is valid and reliable and may provide important information for supporting parents of children with disabilities. Finally, the implication of this study and limitation were discussed.
