스케일업을 위한 창업생태계 모델 필수 요소 AHP분석

초록

본 연구는 우리나라 국가수준의 스케일업 창업생태계 모델의 필수 요소에 대해 AHP 기법을 활용하여 중요도를 도출 및 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 선행연구에서 창업생태계 모델의 필수 요소들을 도출하고, 창업 분야에종사하고 있는 전문가들을 통해 스케일업을 위한 창업생태계 모델의 필수 요소들의 중요도(우선순위)를 선정및 채택하였다. 채택된 요소들은 AHP 기법을 통한 분석을 실시하여 최종적인 중요도를 도출하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 스케일업 창업 생태계 모델 2계층의 6개 요소의 중요도는 인재, 시장, 금융자본, 정책, 지원, 문화인식 순으로 나타났다. 또한 3계층의 24개 요소들 중에 가장 중요한 요소 6가지는 기술인재 육성, 테스트베드 지원, 성장단계별 자금 지원, 스케일업 전문 조직 운영, 선배 창업가 노하우 공유, 스케일업 전용 펀드 순으로 도출되었다. 본 연구의 결과에 따라, 창업 전문가 입장에서 바라본 스케일업을 위한 창업생태계 모델의 필수 요소는 기업의 성장단계를 고려한 스케일업 맞춤형 요소들이 균형 있게 진행될 필요가 있다고 판단된다. 또한 국내 창업생태계 내 활발한 자원의 교류가 성공 노하우를 확보하고 스케일업 생태계를 형성해나갈 수 있다는 시사점을 제안하고자 한다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to derive and analyze the importance of the essential elements of the entrepreneurial ecosystem model for scale-up at the national level in Korea using the AHP method. The essential elements of the entrepreneurial ecosystem model were derived from previous studies, and the importance (priority) of the essential elements of the entrepreneurial ecosystem model for scale-up was selected and adopted through experts in the field of startups. The adopted elements were analyzed through the AHP method to derive the final importance. The results of the study are as follows. The importance of the six elements of the second layer of the entrepreneurial ecosystem model for the scale-up of startups was shown in the order of human Capital, market, finance, policy, support, and culture. In addition, the six most important factors among the 24 elements of the third layer were derived in the order of nurturing of technical talents, test bed support, financial support for each growth stage, operation of a scale-up professional organization, sharing know-how of senior entrepreneurs, and scale-up-only funds. According to the results of this study, it is judged that the essential elements of the start-up ecosystem model for scale-up from the standpoint of a start-up expert is that scale-up customized factors considering the growth stage of a company need to be carried out in a balanced way. In addition, it is possible to derive implications that active exchanges of resources in the domestic entrepreneurial ecosystem can secure success know-how and form a scale-up ecosystem.
