아비드 이븐 알아브라쓰의 무알라까에 드러난 삶과 죽음의 성찰 - 이항대립 개념을 중심으로

본 연구는 아랍 고전시의 정수로 여겨지는 무알라까트 중 아직 국내에 소개되지 않은 아비 드 이븐 알아브라쓰(ʿAbīd ibn al-Abraṣ)의 무알라까에서 시인이 어떠한 방식으로 ‘삶과 죽음’ 의 이미지를 담아냈는지 그 언어적 표현 방식을 이항 대립(Binary Opposition) 구조를 통해 알아본다. 또 삶과 죽음을 상징하는 개별적 언어와 기호들의 관계 분석을 통해 시인이 당시 어떠한 방식으로 삶과 죽음이라는 근원적 개념을 이해했고, 어떠한 자세로 이것을 받아들였 는지 삶과 죽음에 대한 시인의 인식 및 태도에 대해 심층적으로 알아본다.
Abstract
This study examines how the poet expressed the images of life and death in the Muallaqat (ﺕﺎﻘﻠﻌﻤﻟﺍ) of ʿAbīd ibn al-Abraṣ (ﺹﺮﺑﻷﺍ ﻦﺑ ﺪﻴﺒﻋ) which is considered the essence of classical Arabic poetry and has not yet been introduced in Korea, through the structure of binary opposition. In addition, through an analysis of the relationship between individual words and signs symbolizing life and death, this study deeply examines how the poet understood the fundamental concepts of life and death at the time and with what attitude he accepted them, and the poet's perception and attitude toward life and death.
