Abstract

This writing focuses on the aspects of creating competing multilayered trading,strengthening the diverse negotiation circuit in the power relation based on thedifference between the colonized Joseon and the imperial Japanese. It looked intothe discourse of domain formation for ‘The theory of East Asia cooperationorganization’. ‘The theory of East Asia cooperation organization’ emerged in the Chinese- JapaneseWar in the context of responding to the national matter of China and also, givenit was extended in the wide category to Asian/ Japanese․Colonies/Empire in accordancewith the self-criticism of imperial Japanese, it has included different aspects fromthe theory of East Asia’s new order. Especially, Park Chi-woo demanded dialectic totalitarianism, compared withtotalitarianism of the Japanese and the out fashioned totalitarianism of Europe. SeoIn-sik misread ‘Palgengilwoo’ (The whole world is one family- Japan tried to justifythe invasions with this slogan), and emphasized the acentric world, guaranteeingthe singleness of individual. It implies we should demand reconsideration for coloniesin the boundary of not damaging authority of the Empire. Consequently, the basicpurpose and view of this writing is reinterpreting in the public area of politics byemphasizing that there are numerous aspects of views, resistances and cooperationin colonial times.
