고전문학 분야 출판물의 저작권 분쟁 -해방기부터 1960년대 시기의 주요 분쟁을 중심으로-

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to look at the examples of copyright disputes and their literary/social meaningps of classical literature-related publications that occurred in Korea from the liberation period to the 1960s. The most notable examples of copyright disputes in ancient literature during this period include the plagiarism of works published in the popular magazine ‘Yadam’ in the 1950s, the copyright dispute over the 1960 Chinese character dictionary, and the plagiarism of the Korean classical literature collection in 1965. Problems of infringement of various copyrights, including plagiarism, are not limited to the scenarios of modern and contemporary writers, literary works and films. There were also various problems related to copyright in the classical literature field. In grasping the overall situation in both fields, the social and cultural significance of copyright and copyright disputes in literature can be clarified. In this article, we took this awareness of the problem and looked only at the relevant publications in the field of classical literature.
