도시에서 수목이 차지하는 비율에 따라 대기오염의 수준이 다를 것으로 예상되는 공단 인접 안산지역과 그렇지 않은 과천지역을 대상을 소아에 있어 호흡기질환 및 알레르기 질환의 유병률 및 증상발현의 차이를 알아보았다. 측정망을 통하여 측정된 오염물질의 월 평균 자료를 이용하였다. 두 지역의 대기오염물질 중 아황산가스만 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 안산 지역이 0.0133ppm이었고 과천지역이 0.005ppm이었다(p=0.0001). 안산과 과천 두 지역간 알레르기 유병률은 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았으며, 알레르기성 비염의 치료율은 과천지역에서 더 높게 나타났다.
Abstract
This study aims to investigate the association between air quality under condition of urban treed area and prevalence of allergic and respiratory diseases among children at Ansan and Gwacheon city. Inquiries containing 300 and 269 ISAAC questionnaires were launched for parents of children at Ansan and Gwacheon city and the concentration of air pollutants such as sulfur dioxide, PM10, ozone, nitrogen dioxide and carbon monoxide were calculated via the Air Quality Monitoring Network. Form the research, we found that there was no statistically significant difference of air quality, except sulfur dioxide and prevalence of allergic diseases in those cities. In Gwacheon city, the ratio of medical treatment for allergic rhinitis was higher than Ansan city.
