고령 탐방객의 공원시설 이용특성에 관한 연구 - 북한산, 설악산, 월악산국립공원을 대상으로 -

Abstract

This study was to identify the use pattern, level of satisfaction about national park facilities, andunsatisfied factors by senior national park visitors and to search for the appropriate park management plans to servethe increased number of senior park visitors. The data were collected 214 cases from Bukhansan national park, 186cases from Soraksan national park, and 142 cases from Wolaksan national park, which were collected only from tgesenior visitors who visited these 3 national parks. The outcomes of the analysis were followed: first, the major purposeof national park visit by seniors were participating day traking or sightseeing. Second, the satisfaction of parkinglot, campgroud, information center, toilets, and trails were significantly different from the parks. Rest areas andobservatory were not significantly different from parks. Third, lack of parking spaces, steep slope trails, too manystairs, stinking restroom, lack of restrooms, lack of rest areas, convenience of observatory and information serviceby visitor center were indicated as unsatisfied factors. This study was meaningful since it was conducted only targetthe senior park visitor not covered by the existing park related studies and it will be considered to be useful basis forthe park management for the future aging society.
