본 연구는 O시 장애아재활치료교육센터에서 장애 아동을 둔 부모들을 대상으로 1박 2일 동안 숲 체험프로그램 활동을 한 부모들을 대상으로 사전·사후 기분상태검사와 양육스트레스 검사를 통해 부모들의 정서 상태를 파악하고자 하였다. 첫째, 기분상태 점수의 변화를 분석한 1차숲체험 아동들의 기분상태 경감효과를 검증한결과 긴장–불안에 있어서 평균 7.23에서 2.76로, 우울은 5.66에서 2.31로, 분노는 5.59에서 2.38로, 곤란은 9.32에서4.36로, 피로는 9.27에서 3.13로 각각 감소하고, 활기는 2.00에서 6.43로 증가하여 통계적으로 유의미한 결과를 나타냈다. 둘째, 양육스트레스 경감효과를 검증한 결과 양육 스트레스가 유의하게 감소된 것으로 분석되었다.
Abstract
This study examined the conditions of the forest experience program in advance and after the fact by conducting a stress condition examination on the parents who had experienced two days of forest experience activities at the rehabilitation center for children with disabilities. First, we analyzed the change in the state score from 6.59 to 6.76 for children experiencing the first forest, from 7.38 to 9.27 for children experiencing mental instability, and from 5.76 for the average of anger. Second, as a result of the verification of the effects of parenting stress relief, parental stress was significantly decreased.
