숲 체험 활동을 한 유아의 감성지능이 주관적 행복감에 미치는 영향 : 친사회적 행동 매개변수 중심으로

연구의 목적은 숲 체험이 유아에게 주는 효능을 검증하기 위해, 유아의 감성지능과 행복감 간의 관계에서 친사회적 행동이 어떤 역할을 하는지를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구방법은 A시 육아종합지원센터에서 실시한 ‘숲체험프로그램’에 참여한 어린이집 유아 281명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 숲에서 미술, 게임 등 다양한 숲 체험과 놀이를 즐길 수 있는 A시숲체험 프로그램에 2017년 9월 4일부터 11월 27일까지 12회 걸쳐 프로그램을 오후 2시부터4시까지 진행하였다. 측정은 참가한 유아들을 대상으로 보육교사가 감성지능, 행복감, 친사회적 행동척도를 이용하여 측정하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 유아의 행복감을 높이는데 숲을 이용한 활동이 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.둘째, 친사회적 행동은 유아의 감성지능과 행복감에 영향을 미치는 요인이므로 유아의 친사회적 행동을 높일 수있는 숲 체험프로그램을 증진시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하여야 한다. 셋째, 유아의 감성지능이 행복감에 영향을 미치는 요소이므로 체계적인 숲 체험 프로그램을 기획하여 보급하여야 할 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the role of prosocial behaviors in the relationship between children’s emotional intelligence and happiness in order to examine the effects of forest experience on infants. The study was conducted on 281 infants in a nursery school participating in the ‘Forest Experience Program’ conducted by the Comprehensive Child Care Support Center at A City. From April 4th to November 27th, 2017, the program was run from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm in the A City Forest Experience Program, where visitors can experience various forests and games including forests, arts and games. Measurements were measured by the teachers using emotional intelligence, happiness, and prosocial behavior scale. The results of this study are as follows: First, forest activity was found to be effective in enhancing the happiness of infants. Second, prosocial behavior is a factor affecting the emotional intelligence and happiness of young children. Therefore, it is necessary to find ways to promote the forest experience program that can raise prosocial behavior of infants. In addition, the proportion of activities and programs that can promote prosocial behavior of infants during the forest experience activities should be increased. Third, since the emotional intelligence of infants is a factor affecting the happiness, it is necessary to plan and distribute a forest experience program that systematically improves the happiness of the infant through systematic program planning.
