국내 산림치유 프로그램 유형화

A Study on Analyze Contents of Forest based Therapeutic Programs in Korea

초록

본 연구는 국내 산림치유 프로그램의 현황을 파악 후 유형화함으로써, 향후 체계적인 산림치유 프로그램개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 칠곡나눔숲체원 프로그램 외 6개 기관에서 개발된 총 521개 프로그램을 수집하여 여러 개의 프로그램으로 구성된 종합 프로그램 86개 프로그램을 제외하여 총435개의 단위 프로그램을 도출하여 산림치유 프로그램 DB(Data base)를 구축 후 프로그램 유형화 작업을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 숲과의 만남(39개), 숲 속 산책(38개), 숲 속 오감 느끼기(19개), 숲 속 스트레칭·운동(22개), 숲 속 예술가(111개), 숲 속요가·명상·호흡(64개), 숲 알기(22개), 숲 놀이(61개), 숲 요리(25개), 숲 속 카운슬링(20개), 숲 가꾸기(14개)로 총 11 개의 주제로 분류하였다. 그 후, 수집된 435개의 단위 프로그램 중 중복되거나 현장적용이 불가능한 단위 프로그램은 제거한 후, 총 71개의 단위 프로그램으로 정리하였다. 71개의 단위 프로그램은 움직임(정적-동적), 장소(실내-야외), 감각(시각, 촉각, 청각, 촉각, 미각), 요법(식물, 운동, 기후, 정신, 식이, 물), 대상(일반, 만성질환, 환경성 질환, 중독성 질환) 등 총 5가지 기준에 따라 각각 특성을 구분하였다. 산림치유 프로그램 분석 결과 기존 요법중심의 프로그램, 명상 중심의 프로그램, 미술치료 또는 만들기 중심의 프로그램이 많았으며, 상대적으로 숲 가꾸기 프로그램은 적은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 향후 산림치유 프로그램 중 숲 가꾸기 중심의 프로그램을 보다 적극적으로 개발하는 것이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

Abstract

This study was aimed to provide a systematic basis for the future development of forest therapy program by identifying and materializing the status of national forest therapy program. A total of 521 programs developed by the seven institutions including Chilgok Nanum Supchewon were collected. The comprehensive 86 programs consisting of several programs were excluded. After driving a total of 435 unit programs and building the forest healing program DB (Data base), Operations that typify the program were performed. As a result, it was classified as a total of 11 topics as follows; to encounter with the forest (39), walking in the forest (38), to feel the senses in the forest (19), stretching and exercising in the forest (22), to become an artist in the forest(111), yoga and meditation and breathing in the forest(64), to learn the forest (22) to play in the forest(61), to cook in the forest (25), counseling in the forest (20), the forest gardening(14). And then, after the removal of some units of the 435 collected programs which are redundant or impossible to apply in the field, it was organized by a total of 71 unit programs. The 71 units of programs were divided, according to the respective characteristics based on a total of five criteria, as follows; motion (static-dynamic), location (indoor-outdoor), senses (sight, hearing, smell, touch, taste), treatment (plant,exercise, climate, mental, diet, water), and targets (common, chronic diseases, environmental diseases, addictive disorders). As a result of analysis of forest healing program, there were lots of programs with a focus on the existing therapy, art therapy and making with natural things. Forest gardening program showed relatively low. Therefore, among the future forest healing program, it may be necessary to develop programs with a focus on gardening more actively.
