델파이 기법을 활용한 도시형 학교텃밭의 생태계서비스 평가지표 선정에 관한 연구

본 연구는 우리나라 도시농업 유형 중 하나인 학교텃밭을 대상으로 생태계서비스 기능을 객관적으로 평가하기 위한 평가항목 및 평가지표를 선정하기 위해 수행되었다. 본 연구주제와 관련한 교육학, 환경교육, 농업, 원예,도시농업, 생태학, 환경심리학의 다양한 전문가를 대상으로 두 번의 델파이 조사를 수행하였다. 델파이 분석 목적은 우선 선정된 평가항목 및 평가지표의 타당성 분석과 기타의견을 수집하여 반영하기 위함이다. 델파이 설문에서평가항목에 대한 단어 또는 기타 세부의견을 수집하여 반영하였고, 이를 재설문하여 전문가 의견에 대한 타당성분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과, 학교텃밭의 공급서비스 항목은 ‘먹이 및 식량’, ‘유용식물자원’이 도출되었다. 조절서비스 항목은 ‘대기 및 기후조절’, ‘토양 및 지하수 보전’, ‘자연환경의 유지’로 도출되었다. 지지서비스 항목은 ‘1차생산’, ‘물질순환’, ‘생물다양성 보전’으로 도출되었다. 문화서비스 항목은 ‘공간미와 예술적 영감’, ‘교육’, ‘신체 및정신 건강 증진’ 이 도출되었다. 총 11개 평가 항목이 도출되었고, 이에 따른 19개 세부평가항목(예: 교육용 식물교재, 장식자원 등)과 평가지표(예: 바이오매스량, 작물 생산량 등)가 선정되었다. 본 결과는 학교텃밭 생태계서비스의 종합적인 기능을 평가하는데 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있다.
Abstract
This study was carried out to identify the selection of the evaluation groups and index by conducting an objective evaluation for ecosystem service functions of school farms which is one of the domestic urban agriculture types. For this, two times of the professional Delphi survey was conducted to various experts who are eminent for pedagogy, environmental education, agriculture, horticulture, urban agriculture, ecology, environmental psychology. The purpose was for analysing validity and getting extra opinion of the evaluation groups and index which were preferentially have chosen. Reflecting Delphi survey’s opinions as changing the word or explaining more details, the resurvey was conducted, In this time, all evaluation items were analysed as valid and experts agreed with that. The results of the study, the providing service items in the school farm were derived from ‘prey and food’, and ‘useful plant resources’. The regulating service items were derived from ‘regulation of air and climate’, ‘conservation of soil and groundwater’, and ‘keeping natural environment’. supporting service items consist of ‘primary production’, ‘material circulation’, and ‘biodiversity conservation’. cultural service items were derived from ‘space aesthetics and inspiration for the arts’, ‘education’, and ‘developing of body and mind health’. In other words, a total of 11 evaluation items were derived, and 19 detailed evaluation items(e.g. educational plant materials, ornamental resources, etc.) and evaluation indexes(e.g. biomass, crop yields of planted vegetation, etc.) were selected. This is used basic data to evaluate overall functions of the school farm’s ecosystem services.
