자연치유 관련 동향 분석을 통한 산림치유 활성화 방안 연구

산림치유와 개념적으로 유사한 자연치유 관련 국내외 동향을 분석하여 향후 산림치유 활성화를 위한정책 및 연구개발 측면에서의 시사점을 제시하였다. 자연치유와 관련하여 보완대체의학, 통합의학, 자연요법 등의 용어가 병행되어 사용되고 있는데, 각각의 용어는 관점이나 분야에 따라 구분하여 사용되는 경향을 보였다. 우리나라에서 자연치유는 제도권 의료분야 외의 민간단체·협회 또는 관련 대학에서 주로 사용하고 있는데, 자연치유에 대한 사회적 수요가 증가함에 따라 다각적인 측면에서 활성화 방안을 모색하고 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 향후 산림치유 활성화를 위해서는 자연치유 등 유사분야와 구별되는 전문성 및 독자성 확보 노력이 필요하고, 산림분야 일자리로서 산림치유지도사의 전문성을 제고할 필요가 있을 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 정통의학 분야와의 융합을 통해 산림치유 활성화를 모색할 필요가 있을 것으로 판단된다.
Abstract
The purpose of the study is to present the implications focusing on policies and research and development to vitalize forest therapy. We analyzed terms and domestic and foreign trends related to naturopathy. There are terms that are used in parallel with the naturopathy such as complementary and alternative medicine(CAM), integrative medicine, etc. Each term is used depending on point of view or field. The naturopathy is primarily used among non-government organization, association, related to majors at university except conventional medicine. We figure out that they are looking for ways in all its aspects to vitalize the naturopathy by increasing social demand on the naturopathy. It is necessary for vitalizing forest therapy as distinct from like naturopathy to establish professionalism and identity and improve the specialty of forest therapy instructors in forest field. The results also indicate finding ways to vitalize forest therapy through fusion with conventional medicine.
