산림치유서비스에 대한 수요조사 및 문제점 고찰

본 연구는 현재의 산림치유의 정의와 산림치유서비스의 현황 등을 살펴본 뒤, 설문조사로써 산림치유서비스 수요에 소요되는 실제 비용을 논의하였다. 분석결과, 산림치유 서비스 수요를 늘리기 위해서는 실질적인이용요금 또는 가격을 인하할 필요성이 있음이 밝혀졌다. 구체적으로 산림치유 서비스를 이용하는데 소요된 비용의 소득세법상 공제혜택 부여, 이용과정에서 부담한 부가가치세 면제, 건강보험료 할인 등의 방안을 통해서실제 비용을 줄일 수 있음과 추진과정에서의 문제점 등을 논의하였다. 이상과 같은 방안들을 통하여 산림치유서비스의 수요가 제고되면 건강관련 사회적 비용을 절감시켜 궁극적으로 건강보험 관련 재정을 절감시킬 수 있고,산림치유서비스 시설이 소재한 지역의 경제 활성화에도 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.
Abstract
Our study examines a concept of the forest therapy and the status quo of a forest for healing, and arealized cost for the forest therapy service demand using a survey. Analytic results say that the price or the user feereduction should be needed to increase its demand. Several programs are as follows: an application of the foresttherapy-related cost to the deduction in the income tax law, a tax credit of the value-added tax, and a premiumdiscount for the health insurance. These programs increase its demand and, hereafter, might result in theimprovement for the health insurance balances or the revitalization of a regional economy where the therapy facilitiesare located.
