산음 자연휴양림의 이용객 만족도 평가와 시설ㆍ관리 개선방안

초록

본 연구는 산음자연휴양림의 이용객 만족도에 영향을 주는 항목을 평가하여 만족도 증진을 위한 개선방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이용객 만족도에 영향을 주는 항목은 관련문헌을 통해 자연자원 평가항목과 시설관리평가항목으로 구분하여 각각 9개, 15개 세부항목을 도출하였다. 24개 항목을 9명으로 구성된 산림휴양 분야 전문가를 활용하여 2014년 11월 15일 현장 평가하였다. 평가자는 세부항목 평가와 함께 의견을 자유롭게 기술하도록 하였고, 이를 추후 개선방안 제안에 참고할 수 있도록 하였다. 각 세부항목은 10점 만점이며, 평가기준은우수, 양호, 보통, 미흡의 4등급으로 구분하여 평균 8.6 이상은 우수, 7.1 ~ 8.5는 양호, 6.0 ~ 7.0은 보통, 6.0 미만은 미흡으로 평가하도록 하였다. 자연자원 분야에서는, 조용함/평온함(9.0), 맑은 공기(9.0), 계곡의 수량및 수질(8.8)은 평균 8.8 ~ 9.0으로 우수, 자연경관의 수려함(8.2), 자연의 소리(8.3), 산책로 자연성(8.0), 식물의 다양성(7.1)은 평균 7.1 ~ 8.3으로 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 하지만, 야생동물의 다양성은 6.4로 보통, 조망지점은 5.9로 미흡의 평가를 받았다. 시설 및 관리 분야에서는, 숙박시설(8.8), 휴양림 청결(8.6)은 우수, 주차시설(7.4), 야영시설(8.1), 위생시설(7.8)은 양호하게 나타났다. 접근성(6.9), 휴게시설(6.3), 체육시설(6.6), 산림휴양 및 교육 프로그램(6.2)은 보통, 예약편리성(5.3), 진입로 정비(5.0), 등산로/산책로 관리(5.6), 안내·표식체계(5.0), 자연환경 교육시설(5.3) 등은 미흡한 것으로 평가되었다. 산음자연휴양림은 조용함/평온함(9.0), 맑은 공기(9.0), 계곡의 수량 및 수질(8.8), 숙박시설(8.8), 휴양림 청결(8.6)이 우수한 곳이므로 이들 인자를 치유의 숲이란 장점을 살려 잘 활용하여야 한다. 조망지점(5.9), 진입로 정비(5.0), 등산로/산책로 관리(5.6), 안내· 표식 체계(5.0), 자연환경 교육시설(5.3) 등은 보완하여야 한다.

Abstract

This study deals with a proposal of some improvement measures to enhance satisfaction according to evaluating the visitor’s satisfaction of Saneum natural recreation forests. The factors having an effect on the visitor’s satisfaction which were investigated and synthesized through related literatures, are divided into the natural resource part and the facility and management part, and both have 9 details, 15 details respectively. These 24 details were evaluated by 9 professionalists of forest recreation at Saneum natural recreation forest on November 15th 2014. The valuers had to mark each item on the basis of 10 points and describe their opinions by way of reference for improvement proposal. The score results of details are graded ‘very good’ with score more than 8.6 points, ‘good’ with score between 7.1 and 8.5, ‘midium’ with score between 6.0 and 7.0, and ‘bad’ with score under 6.0 points. In the field of natural resource, the items like calmness/peacefulness(9.0), clean air(9.0), stream condition(8.8) are ranked as very good. Wonderfulness of natural landscape(8.2), natural sound(8.3), natural trail(8.0), vegetation diversity(7.1) ranked as good, but, wildlife diversity(6.4) ranked as midium, and visual point ranked as bad. In the field of facility and management, accommodation(8.8) and cleanliness(8.6) are ranked as very good, and parking lot(7.4), camping site(8.1), sanitary conditions(7.8) are ranked as good. Accessibility(6.9), rest facility(6.3), sport facility(6.6), and forest recreation program(6.2) are ranked as midium, but easier reservation(5.3), approach ramp(5.0), trails(5.6), signs(5.0), and natural education facilities(5.3) are under 6.0 points, so ranked as bad. Saneum natural recreation forest is a very good site with high points in calmness(9.0), clean air(9.0), stream condition(8.8), accommodation(8.8) and cleanliness(8.6). It has to be made the best use of these merits, while it is here also the healing forest. Visual points(5.9), approach ramp(5.0), trails(5.6), signs(5.0), and natural education facilities(5.3) have to be supplemented more usefully.
