에스닉 마이너리티의 네트워크 특성에 따른 기업가정신에 관한 실증적 연구: 재일한국인 기업가의 사례분석을 중심으로

초록

本研究の目的は在日韓国人企業家の起業家精神の発展過程を調べ、ネットワーク構造の特徴及び起業家精神の分析を通して望ましいネットワーク結合の方向を提示することである。本研究のための資料収集は研究者が直接2012年1月から6月まで約6ヶ月間日本現地調査を行った。しかし、在日韓国人起業家の閉鎖的な特徴のため調査資料を収集するには大変な時間がかかってしまった。それにも関わらず、在日コリアン企業家を対象にした調査で合計184部の質問調査表を入手できたのは幸である。本研究の分析結果は次の通りにまとめられる。第一に、ANOVA分析結果、在日コリアン企業家精神は女性で、若く、日本居住の年数が短いほど母国との紐帯の必要性を強く感じる傾向が現れた。第二に、ANOVA分析結果、在日コリアン企業家の年齢が少ないほど、出生地が韓国であり、居住年数が短く、高学歴者であると母国への帰還意識も強く現れた。第三に、相関関係分析結果、在日コリアン企業家の起業家精神は母国文化との接触頻度や財政的な繋がり、経済的な紐帯が強いほど母国への帰還意識も強かった。第四に、回帰分析結果、在日コリアン企業家が友だちや隣人が多く幸福度が高いほど、居住期間が長く男性であるとネットワーク活動が活発であり、ネットワーク拡大への願望も強く現れた。本研究の示唆点は在日コリアン企業家に対する企業家精神の学問領域の拡大だけではなく、日本国内における韓国人企業家の企業成長のために必要な企業家精神を提示したことである。
