本研究は母語の特質を考慮した学習教材の必要性を明らかにするため、これまで国内で出版された日本語学習教材のシラバスを表面的、深層的に分析した。 分析の結果、韓国語には存在しない自動詞の受動態の場合、非常に限定的な動詞のみを利用して例文を提示したり、与えられた語彙を単純に活用して置き換える課題が多く、学習者が日本語の受動文の意味や役割について注意を払うよりは、形式に注意を払っており、そのため日本語に内在している日本人の認知体系を理解し、それに関する学習を認知的に強化することができないことが分かった。 このことから、今後の教材開発においては、学習者の母語が持つ特質を、外国語学習に影響を与える個別性として認識する必要があることが分かった。
Abstract
This study clarifies the necessity of study materials that consider the characteristics of the learner’s native language. Therefore, the syllabus of Japanese learning materials published in Korea is analyzed externally and in depth. According to the results, Japanese learning materials present examples of very limited verbs, and assignments simply apply given vocabularies in the passive voice of intransitive verbs, which do not exist in Korean, so learners can focus more on forms than meanings and roles of the passive voice. This hinders learners from understanding the cognitive system of Japanese people inherent in the Japanese language, and from cognitively reinforcing related learning. Thus, it is necessary to develop Japanese learning materials that enable learners to recognize the characteristics of their mother language as individualities that affect foreign language learning in the future.
