울산의 역사문화자원 이용 특성 및 가치평가 연구

본 연구는 지방의 문화재의 이용객을 대상으로 그 이용만족도와 경제적 가치를 평가하고, 지불의사액의 결정요인들을 통해 정책적 시사점을 도출하는 것이 연구의 목적이다. 이용특성분석결과, 주로 산책·휴식을 위해 혼자 방문하고 있었고, 이용만족도 분석 결과 접근성은 대부분 만족하였으나, 전통문화의 만족도는 울산읍성이 높았다. 대중교통이용 정도, 휴식공간 및 쾌적성에 대한 만족도는 울산읍성과 울산왜성이 높았다. 조건부가치평가 분석 결과, 울산동헌의 경제적 편익은 가구당 월 729원이며, 지불의사액 결정요인으로는 가구소득과 접근성, 쾌적성의 만족도 등이었다. 울산왜성은 1,124원/월, 언양읍성은 11,023원/월, 이휴정은 297원/월로 분석되었다. 지역 내에 분포하고 있는 문화재는 금액으로 환산할 수 없는 가치를 가지고 있기 때문에 지역의 역사문화자원은 고증을 통해서 원형으로 복원하여 지역의 자긍심을 되찾을 수 있도록 하여야 한다.
Abstract
The purposes of the study is to evaluate user satisfaction and economic value targeting visitors who visit local remains, also to deduce a point of political issues from determinant of Willingness To Pay (WTP). A result of use characteristics showed that the visitors usually come for a stroll or a rest alone. The result of the user satisfaction showed that an accessibility is mostly satisfying. But in the satisfaction at traditional culture, Ulsan Dongheon was high. Both degree of public transport use and satisfaction at rest place showed that Ulsan Dongheon and Ulsan Waeseong is high.Ulsan Dongheon result of Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) showed that economic benefits are monthly 729 won per a household. The determinants of WTP indicated household income, accessibility, and satisfaction at fine environment. Ulsan Waeseong is evaluated as 1,124won/m; Eonyang Eup-seong, 11,023won/m and Ehyujeong, 297won/m. Cultural assets have dignified value which could not change into money. So we should try to get pride back by restoring cultural assets through historical investigation.
