충청남도 유·출입 인구의 속성비교

유·출입에 의한 인구의 속성비교를 통해 충청남도의 인구변화 특성을 살펴보았다. 충청남도의 인구이동은 서울 및 수도권으로의 이동이 주요 공간적인 특성으로 나타났다. 최근에도 수도권으로의 인구이동이 많지만, 충남 주변지역으로의 인구이동도 많아지고 있어 지역적으로 분산되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 인구이동의 속성을 분석한 결과 첫째, 연령별 인구이동의 특징은 15~29세의 연령층의 인구이동이 많다. 20대의 경우 수도권으로 유출초과를 보이고 있으나, 30대의 유입초과가 눈에 띄게 증가하였다. 둘째, 학력별로 보면 유입인구와 유출인구 모두 고등학교 이상에서 높은 비율을 보이고 있다. 충남으로의 인구유입은 저학력층이 주를 이루고 있고, 대학 졸업 이상의 인구가 대거 유출함으로써 고급두뇌의 유출이라는 측면에서 심각한 문제가 발생하고 있다. 셋째, 직업별로 살펴보면, 유입인구는 생산 및 관련종사자, 운수장비 및 단순노무자의 비율이 높게 나타나고 있는 반면, 유출인구는 전문직·행정직 및 서비스업자가 많은 이동을 보이고 있어, 화이트칼라 고급인력이 타 지역으로 계속 유출되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 최근 충청남도의 인구이동의 수는 감소하고 있으며, 공간적으로는 일부지역으로의 집중이 아닌 인근 지역과 수도권으로의 이동으로 다변화하고 있다. 30대와 초등학생인구의 유입 등으로 인해 이전보다 젊은 연령층이 많은 인구구조적인 특성을 갖게 될 것으로 예상된다. 그러나 학력별 이동 및 직업별 이동에서 보는 바와 같이 고급인력의 유출이 커지고 있기 때문에 인구이동이 지역 발전에는 부정적 영향을 미치고 있다고 할 수 있다.
Abstract
This study is on the characteristics of population change in Chung-nam Province through the comparison of moving in and out population attributes. The main spatial characteristics of Chung-nam populations?moving out is toward Seoul City and Metropolitan area. Currently, the situation of population moving out toward metropolitan area is continuing. However, the ratio of population moving in Chung-nam is also increasing. As a result, we find that recent characteristics of population moving is decentralizing. The characteristics of population moving on attributes are summarized as follows. First, the population moving for age is that the age of 15-29 is relatively higher. In case of twenties, the ratio of moving out toward metropolitan is higher. In case of thirties, however, the ratio of moving into chung-nam province is significantly high. Secondly, in case of population moving in and out for education level, both of highschool and more are higher. However, the ratio of moving into chung-nam province is high at lower level of education. This causes the problem of high level manpowers?outflow. Thirdly, in case of job, the ratio of moving in is high in relation to the productivity, driving facilities and simple labor works. However, the ratio of moving out is higher in relation to the job of specialities, administration and services. From the result, we find that the moving out ratio of white-collars is increasing in chung-nam province. Also, the number of population moving into chung-nam province is decreasing, and spacially population moving is diverse. Due to the relatively high moving in the young age of elementary school and thirties, the structure of chung-nam population is expected relatively young. However, the creasing possibility of higher level manpowers?outflow effects negatively on regional development.
