In this paper, the notation related information and the representation of the configuration-related issues of the writing materials are discussed. Information relating to the notation of Hangeul is the issue of the notational system including the Korean orthography. On the other hand, information relating to the expression of words is divided largely into vocabulary, sentence, and text-related elements. Of these, the problems associated with vocabulary are using the words in relation to the lexical meaning of the word choice and in relation to the situation. The problems associated with sentence are sentence structure, grammar, form and style. Lastly, the issues relating to the text are the usage of text beyond the scope of the connection between sentences and the omission of words
