초록

본 연구는 미술치료 기법을 적용한 부모-자녀 놀이치료 프로그램을 개발하여 사회․정서적으로 문제행동을 보이는 부적응 행동 유아와 그의 어머니를 대상으로 어머니를 치료대행자 역할을 하게하여 유아의 문제행동 감소와 어머니의 공감능력 및 치료대행자로서의 어머니 기능수준을 향상시키는데 어떠한 효과가 있는지 규명하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구대상은 전주시에 거주하는 만 5, 6세 유아와 어머니 18쌍(실험집단: 9쌍, 통제집단: 9쌍)을 대상으로 주 1회, 총 10회기 프로그램을 실시하였다. 본 프로그램은 Guerney(1964)의 부모-자녀 놀이치료 이론, Landreth(2002), Landreth와 Bratton(2008)의 부모-자녀 놀이치료 프로그램, 그리고 Proulx(2003)의 부모-자녀관계 미술치료 프로그램을 참조하여 프로그램을 개발하고 실시하였으며, 크게 4개 과정, 즉 부모교육, 미술치료, 비디오 슈퍼비전, 피드백 과정으로 구성하였다. 본 연구를 통해 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아의 문제행동이 감소되었다. 둘째, 어머니의 공감능력이 향상되었다. 셋째, 치료대행자로서의 어머니 기능수준이 향상되었다. 넷째, 유아의 동적 가족화(KFD) 그림이 향상되었다. 다섯째, 프로그램 진행과정에서의 유아-어머니의 변화 정도에 따른 개개인의 차이는 있었으나, 대부분의 어머니가 유아의 문제행동에 대해 긍정적 변화를 보고하였다.

Abstract

This thesis aims at developing filial therapy program with art therapy techniques applied, making mothers role as a proxy of healer, on the objects of children and mothers in the case that the maladaptive Behavior child has social or emotional problems, looking into the effect in lessening children's problem behaviors, and improving sympathy ability and functional level of mothers. The program was performed on the target of 18 couples of children, 5,6 years old, and mothers living in Jeon-ju City (experimental group: 9 couples, control group: 9 couples) one time a week, total 10 session. The program was developed and performed, referring to Guerney(1964) Filial Therapy Theory, Landreth(2002), Landreth and Bratton(2008) Filial Therapy Program, and Proulx(2003) Filial Art Therapy Program, and composed of four courses, that is parental education, video supervision, and feedback. The result is as followings. First, children’s problem behaviors decreased. Second, sympathy ability was improved. Third, Mothers’ function, as a proxy of healer, was improved. Fourth, Kinetic-Family-Drawing(KFD) was improved. Fifth, respective persons had a difference, according to child-mother’s change extent, in the course of program progress, but most mothers reported affirmative change on children’s problem behaviors.
