일본소설의 국내 번역 출판 현황과특성에 대한 통사적 고찰

Abstract

Although Korean publishing industry is heavily dependent on the importation of book contents from abroad, we seldom find serious researches on reception of book contents from abroad inclusive of translations of foreign publications. From the industrial and statistical perspective there are partial approaches to Japanese book contents which are the most among foreign translations at present. However there are few thorough studies of particular publications selected for import, a channel of supplies, needs of readers, reception and the impact on korean publishing and culture. This study grasps the preliminary data regarding translations of japanese fictions which are published in korea and win popularity with the Japanese fiction boom since the 2000s in order to analyze diachronically the present condition and distinctive aspects of publication of Japanese fictions translated into korean. Furthermore I attempt to vitalize future studies on the exchange of book contents between two countries and reception.
