재생된 폐교의 공간환경디자인 개선 사례 분석

본 연구의 목적은 전국에서 재생된 폐교의 개선 사례를 조사하여 특징을 분석한 후 개선 방안을 제안해 봄으로써 앞으로 폐교 재생 방법에 대한 가능성을 제시하는 것이다. 연구 방법은 문헌 조사와 사례조사를 이용하였고, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 현재 전국에는 3,600여개의 폐교가 있고, 충남은 전국 여섯 번째로 폐교가 많았다. 둘째, 폐교를 4군데를 직접 방문하여 조사한 결과, 레스토랑이나 카페, 전시실, 교육실 등으로 많이 활용되었다. 셋째, 사용된 디자인 스타일은 모던과 내추럴이었고, 색채도 화이트와 브라운이었다. 재료를 나무나 벽돌을 사용하고, 컨테이너박스, 태양열집열판, 넝쿨 등 친환경 요소를 적극적으로 활용하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to suggest the possibility for revitalization of closed schools by examining the cases on recycled closed schools and analyzing their characteristics. This study was carried out by using the literature review and case study. The results of the study could be summarized as follows: First, there were currently over 3,600 closed schools in our country and Chungnam province had the sixth largest closed schools in Korea. Second, as a result of visiting and researching four places, they were utilized as restaurants, cafes, exhibition halls and training rooms etc. Third, their design styles were modern and natural, and colors were white and brown. Woods or bricks were used as materials for reformation of closed school facilities, and eco-friendly elements such as recycled container boxes, solar panels and vines were actively utilized.
