본 논문은 현대사회의 장노년층을 위한 디지털 리터러시 교육의 대안적 방향을 장자(莊子)의 사상을 통해 모색해보고자 하였다. 장자의 사상은 실제 세계와 디지털 세계를 넘나드는 디지털 현상에 대해 존재(생명)의 변용이 사회적맥락과 얽혀있음을 제시하며 늘 생성하는 존재에 대해 시사하고 있다. 이에 장자의 사상을 통해 장노년층의 디지털 리터러시 교육의 방향을 모색해볼 수 있다. 그 내용은 첫째, 구세대가 아닌 미래세대로서의 장노년층을 새롭게 보는 관점제시. 둘째, 디지털 사회에 대한 적응 유도가 아닌 장노년층을 위한 디지털 문화 조성. 셋째, 온·오프라인의 경계를 넘나드는 인문학적 관점 제시. 넷째, 디지털 아바타의 멀티 페르소나를 이해하는 인문학적 관점 고려. 다섯째, 삶의 맥락내에 있는 디지털 기술에 다가가는 인문학적 관점 제시이다. 본 연구는 장노년층의 생물학적 노화라는 어려움을 고려하여, 그들의 디지털 사회로의 유입과 생활을 지원할 수 있는 방안으로서 인문학적 관점에서 디지털 리터러시 교육의 방향을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다
Abstract
This paper seeks to explore alternative directions for digital literacy education for the elderly through the ideas of Chuang-tzu. In this way, we can explore the direction of digital literacy education for the elderly through the thoughts of Chuang-tzu. The contents are, first, presenting a new perspective on the elderly as a future generation rather than an old generation. Second, creating a digital culture for the elderly rather than inducing adaptation to the digital society. Third, presenting a humanistic perspective that crosses the boundaries between online and offline. Fourth, considering a humanistic perspective that understands the multi-persona of digital avatars. Fifth, presenting a humanistic perspective that approaches digital technology within the context of life. This study is significant in that it presents the direction of digital literacy education from a humanities perspective as a way to support the transition and life of elderly people into the digital society
