초록

This study focuses on the evaporative cooler employed in the dry dust removal system of a steel plant. Finite element models of the evaporative cooling tower and atomizing nozzles were developed, and the internal flow field of the tower was analyzed numerically using Fluent. Two nozzle arrangement schemes were investigated through CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulations, with a comprehensive analysis conducted on flow field characteristics, heat and mass transfer behavior, and ash deposition risk. The results indicate that Scheme II exhibits superior overall performance, characterized by well-developed turbulent mixing, effective control of high-temperature zones, and a spatially reasonable gradient distribution of H2O mass fraction. A multi-parameter coupling analysis method integrating flow field, temperature field, species field, and particle field was established, providing a theoretical basis for the optimization design of evaporative cooling towers. The findings support the three-dimensional modeling and real-time monitoring of flue gas separation systems, and lay a foundation for the integration of 5G-enabled smart manufacturing and the application of digital twin technology in production process simulation, thereby contributing to the advancement of intelligent manufacturing in the steel industry.
