가출청소년의 정서조절능력증진을 위한 집단상담 프로그램 개발 및 효과검증

초록

본 연구의 목적은 가출청소년에게 필요한 정서조절증진을 위한 집단상담프로그램을 개발하여 효과를 검증하고 이를 실천현장에서 적용할 수 있는가의 가능성을 탐구하는 것이다. 실험절차는 먼저, 정서조절 집단상담프로그램을 개발하고 서울특별시에 있는 청소년 가출 쉼터 2곳을 선정하여 프로그램을 진행한 이후에 정서조절 척도를 사전사후로 나누어 연구대상의 변화를 측정하였다. 연구대상 집단을 각각 실험집단(10명)과 비교집단(10명)으로 구분하여 실험집단에게 총12회의 활동을 실시하였다. 연구에서 얻어진 자료들은 연구문제를 중심으로 두 집단의 차이와 실험집단에서의 효과를 알아보기 위해 t-검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 나타난 주요 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 집단상담프로그램을 실시한 실험집단은 프로그램실시 이후 가출청소년의 적응적 정서, 부정적 정서의 조절점수가 비교집단에 비해 높게 나타났으며 통계학적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 따라서 본 집단상담프로그램은 가출청소년의 정서조절에 효과가 있음이 밝혀졌다. 결과적으로, 본 집단상담프로그램은 실천현장에 활용할 수 있으며 청소년의 정서조절에 긍정적인 변화를 가져온다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how Group Counseling Program activities affect runaway youth Emotion Regulation. For this purpose, prior researches on runaway youth and literature about theories of Emotion Regulation were reviewed, the results of which were reflected in constructing Group Counseling Program. A Emotion Regulationscale was used for runaway youth in pretest and post-test. For the constructed Group Counseling Program, runaway youth shelter were selected from runaway youth shelter Two selected groups were labeled as the experimental (10 runaway youth) and control (10) group and the former was provided with a total of 12 activities for six weeks. Data obtained went through t-test for differences between the two groups and effects on the experimental group on the basis of questions. The main results can be summarized as follows: The experimental group participating in Group Counseling Program showed higher scores in Negative emotion regulation adaptive emotion regulation among runaway youth than the control group, showing statistically significant differences. These activities were therefore found to be effective in runaway youth Emotion Regulation. These results demonstrate that Group Counseling Program activities can be used in runaway youth practices and produce positive changes in runaway youth Emotion Regulation
