寒洲 李震相의 心卽理說에 관한 연구

Abstract

Hanjoo Yi chin Sang assert "the Theory that Heart is Principles"(心卽理). hanjoo because "the Theory that Heart is Principle"(心卽理) thougt that human beings are able to practice the righteousness well. Yi Chin Sang's "the Theory that Heart is Principles"(心卽理) is based upon Choo Hee's “the Heart is becoming the Beginning of Universe"(心爲太極) and Yi Hwang's "the Heart is united of the Principles and the Atmosphere"(心合理氣). Yi Chin Sang's "the Theory that Heart is Principles"(心卽理說) was to cricize "the Theory of Heart is Atmosphere'(心卽氣說). But, Yi Chin Sang's theory and Yook Wang's(陸王) “the Theory that Heart is Principles" is different each other. On Four-Seven Debates, Yi Hwang divided Li(理) and Ki(氣) and asserted that Li is superior to Ki, moreover, that Li actively realize. As to research mind(心) as the subject of consciousness, Jung(情) suports the existence and the function of mind. And Li as the essence of mind, that is, Sung(性) doesn't have any emotion, any will or any operation. Yi Chin Sang's "the Theary that Heart is Principles'(心卽理說) was based on "the Principle is the Master and the Atmosphere is the Stuff"(理主氣資). Yi Chin Sang, because the essence and the process have the same root in common, he understood perception as principle; for the knowing is nothing but principle itself.
