丁若鏞의 性善論 分析

Abstract

This Thesis is to analysis on the Jeong yag-yong(丁若鏞)'s the view of human nature as fundamentally good. We discuss that the Jeong yag-yong's the apriority and experience on the human nature's good, moreover elucidate on the ethical characters of human nature theory. We analysis that his theory of human nature has practical meaning, and that is not idealism, but realism. The Jeong yag-yong's practical mind theory and human nature theory has huge meaning in the history of korean traditional confucian ethics. The Jeong yag-yong's theory of human nature as fundamentally good, is different from Chuzi(朱子)'s that theory, contain meaningful ethical characters, those are as follows ; First, the theory is a practical ethics proposition that has value in the human life. Second, the theory insists the ethical mind to good desire. Third, the theory indicates self-regulation in practical human life. In this thesis, we clarify that the Jeong yak-yong's human theory enhance the human ethical position in the practical life.
