초록
Mild cognitive impairment (MCI) represents a transitional state between the cognitive changes of normal aging and early dementia and has become the focal point of much research activity. The purpose of the this study is to investigate the effect of senior-aerobic exercise on mild cognitive impairment evaluation indicator in elderly women 8 elderly women with MCI volunteered to participate in and completed the study. Participants went through senior-aerobic exercise for 60 minutes per session and 3 sessions per week 12 weeks. The measurement of the cognitive function and blood IL-3 were significant difference after 12 weeks senior aerobic exercise, but hod no effect on IL-11 and RANTES. It was concluded that senior-aerobic exercise has positive effects on cognitive function and blood biomarker in elderly women with mild cognitive impairment
