메타분석 방법론적 질 평가도구인 AMSTAR 과 AMSTAR 2의 비교: 무용치료 관련 연구를 중심으로

이 연구는 AMSTAR과 AMSTAR 2 평가도구를 활용하여 무용치료 관련 메타분석 연구의 방법론적 질 수준을 분석하고 비교하고자 한다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 무용치료 관련 메타분석 개별연구물 11편을 수집하였으며 분석 및 자료처리는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 메타분석 연구대상 자료의 특성파악과 AMSTAR과 AMSTAR 2 평가도구 점수 분석을 위한 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, 기술통계를 실시하였다. 또한 연구자 3인의 평가일치도 확인을 위한 Fleiss' kappa 분석, 연구특성 변인에 따른 질 평가의 차이를 확인하기 위하여 맨휘트니 U검증을 실시하였다. 이 연구에서 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국내와 국외연구 모두 AMSTAR 평가도구 보다 AMSTAR 2 평가도구에서 전반적으로 낮은 평가점수가 도출되었다. 둘째, AMSTAR 2 평가도구에서 무용치료 관련 연구물의 연구특성(연구물 기간 수와 국내, 국외연구)에 따른 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 따라서 이 연구를 바탕으로 동일 연구물에 대한 각 도구의 평가점수가 다를 수 있기에 적용 시 주의가 필요하며 이러한 체계적인 검토의 개요를 수행하기 위한 평가도구로써 AMSTAR 2가 활용되기를 기대해본다.
Abstract
This study aims to analyze and compare the methodological quality level of meta-analysis studies related to dance therapy using AMSTAR and AMSTAR 2 evaluation tools. In order to achieve the research objectives, 11 individual meta-analyses related to dance therapy were collected, and the SPSS 21.0 program was used for analysis and data processing. Meta-analysis The frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and descriptive statistics were performed for characterization of the study target data and analysis of the scores of the AMSTAR and AMSTAR 2 evaluation tools. In addition, Fleiss' kappa analysis was performed to confirm the evaluation agreement of three researchers, and Man Whitney U test was conducted to confirm the difference in quality evaluation according to the research characteristic variable. The results derived from this study are as follows. First, overall lower evaluation scores were derived in the AMSTAR 2 evaluation tool than in the AMSTAR evaluation tool in both domestic and foreign studies. Second, in the AMSTAR 2evaluation tool, there were significant differences according to the research characteristics (number of research periods and domestic and foreign studies) of dance therapy-related research. Therefore, it is expected that AMSTAR 2 will be utilized as an evaluation tool to perform the outline of this systematic review, since the evaluation score of each tool for the same research material may be different based on this study.
