조선시대 제작 <인심도심도(人心道心圖)>에 관한 연구

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to derive the characteristics of <InSimDoSim-Do(人心道心圖)> produced in the Joseon Dynasty by examining the current status and classifying the types of <Do(圖)>. A total of 21 scholars produced 36 <Do(圖)> on the theme of InSimDoSim(人心道心), produced in the Joseon Dynasty, and 26 of them can be used as data. This paper first summarized the characteristics of <InSimDoSim-Do>, which was published in 『SaSeoJang-Do(四書章圖)』 by Jeong Bok-sim(程復心) as the Chinese origin of the theme of InSimDoSim(人心道心). Based on this, the forms of <Do(圖)> produced in the Joseon Dynasty were classified into 'Left and Right Contrast Forms', 'Center and Periphery Forms', and 'Other Forms', and the characteristics of thought inherent in each form were inferred. 'Left and Right Contrast Forms' is characterized by the contrast between Do(道) and In(人) series, and representatively examined are Kim Hyuu’s <InSimDoSimJang-Do(人心道心章圖)> and Yun Jeung-Park Taehan’s <InSimDoSim-Do>. 'Center and Periphery Forms’ is a form in which the Do(道) series is placed in the center and the In(人) series is placed on one or both sides, and Jo Mok-Lee Hwang's <InSimSoSimJeongIlJipJoong-Do(人心道心精一執中圖)> and Lee Yi's <InSimDoSim-Do> are examined. As for 'Other Forms', representatively looked at Lee Jong-Hui's <InSimDoSimJi-Do(人心道心之圖)> and Kwak Jong-Seok's <InSimDoSim-Do>. As a result of the discussion, it was confirmed that <Do(圖)> on the theme of InSimDoSim(人心道心) in the Joseon Dynasty accepted Jeong Bok-sim(程復心)'s in the early days, and then a new type of <Do(圖)> was produced as the understanding of the InSimDoSim(人心道心) deepened.
