학교체육 스포츠영역 평가를 위한 평가요소의 중요도 및 실행도 분석

이 연구는 Borich 요구분석을 이용하여, 학교 체육 현장에서 이루어지는 농구와 배드민턴, 축구 종목의 평가요소에대한 중요도와 실행도를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 학교 체육현장의 평가계획서를 종합하여 평가요소를추출하고, 102명의 체육 교사들을 대상으로 평가 요소에 대한 중요한 정도와 현재 실행 수준을 파악하였다. 또한중요도와 실행도를 활용하여 Borich 요구도를 산출하였으며 이를 토대로 The Locus for Focus Model을 통하여우선적으로 실시되어야하는 평가요소를 시각화하였다. 이 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 배드민턴은‘풋워크’, 농구는 ‘3점슛’, 축구는 ‘코너킥’에서 중요도-실행도 간에 가장 큰 차이를 보였으며, 전체 13개의 평가요소에서 유의한차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 3개 종목 총 48개의 평가요소 중 2개를 제외한 46개 부분에서 중요도보다 실행도의점수가 낮음을 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, Borich 요구도 분석을 통해 우선순위를 도출한 결과 배드민턴은 ‘풋워크(2.29)’, 농구는 ‘핸들링(1.13)’, 축구는 ‘코너킥(1.68)’이 가장 높은 순위로 나타났으며, 이를 토대로 The Locus for Focus Model로 도식화한 결과, 제 1사분면(HH:우선순위분면)에 도출된 평가요소로서 배드민턴은 ‘풋워크’, 농구는 ‘세트슛’, ‘드리블-패스-슛(복합)’, ‘드리블-슛(복합)’, ‘바운드 패스’, 축구는 ‘트래핑-드리블-킥(복합)’, ‘트래핑킥(복합)’으로 확인되었다. 이 연구 결과는 체육과 평가에 있어 객관성 있는 기준 확보와 적용 가능한 평가요소에대한 연구의 기초자료로서 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the importance and performance of evaluation factors for badminton, basketball, and soccer events in the school sports field using Borich’s needs analysis. To this conclusion, the evaluation factors were extracted by synthesizing the evaluation plans used in the school field, and the important degree and current level of execution of the evaluation factors were identified for 110 physical education teachers. Borich’s needs were calculated using the identified importance and performance, and based on this, evaluation factors that should be implemented first through The Focus for Focus Model were visualized. The conclusion of this study is as follows. First, badminton showed the biggest difference in footwork, basketball showed 3-point shooting, and soccer showed a significant difference in 13 evaluation factors. It was confirmed that the score of performance was lower than importance in 47 parts excluding 1 of a total of 48 evaluation factors of the three sports. Second, as a result of deriving priorities through Borich’s needs analysis, ‘Footwork (2.29)’ for badminton, ‘Handling (1.13)’ for basketball, and ‘Corner Kick (1.68)’ for soccer ranked the highest. Based on this, the evaluation factors derived in the first quadrant (HH: Priority Quadrant) were identified as ‘Footwork’ for badminton, ‘Dribble-pass-Shoot(Composited)’, ‘Dribble-Shoot(Composited)’ for basketball, ‘Bound Pass’, and soccer as ‘Trapping-Dribble-Kick(Composited)’ and ‘Trapping-Kick(Composited)’ for soccer. The results of this study can be used as basic data for research on applicable evaluation factors and securing objective criteria in physical education evaluation.
