초록

본 연구는 정보화마을사업에 있어서 각 마을별 사회자본 수준과 운영 수준이 관계성이 있다는 것을 확인하는 것이다. 이를 위해 사회자본과 관련되어서는 신뢰, 네트워크, 규범을, 마을 운영수준과 관련되어서는 매년 실시되고 있는 정보화마을운영평가를 토대로 사업을 성공적으로 수행한 마을과 그렇지 못한 마을을 대상으로 T-검정, 상관분석, 회귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 분석결과 우수한 마을의 경우 신뢰, 네트워크, 규범 등 마을의 사회자본 수준이 부진마을에 비해 높다는 것을 확인하였다. 이를 통해 사회자본과 마을 운영수준의 관계성 확인과 더불어 사회자본이 운영성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다는 점에서 본 연구의 의의가 있다.

Abstract

Based on the previous studies, there are strong relationship between social capital and regional development. This article is to raise and explore the relationship between the social capital and the level of operational performance in the case of Korean Information Network Village (INVIL) project. The social capital of each INVIL is measured and used to be statistically verified with the selected two extreme villages, which are the high-ranked villages and the low-ranked villages through the operational review. The results based on survey data show that the formulation of the social capital in the each village is highly correlated with the operational performance in the case of INVIL project.
