맹자의 정전론과 정전제도의 사상적 연원

Abstract

This paper analyzes Meng-zi(孟子)'s theory of Jing-tain(井田) regime and his ideological origin on it. The main contents of Meng-ze's ideology are the ethical doctrine that man's inborn nature is good and the politics that rules one's people with justice, but in order to realize the ethical doctrine that man's inborn nature is good, there must be a fixed occupation for a man, and in order to make a man have a fixed occupation, Jing-tain regime should be fulfilled rightly. Therefore, the heart of Meng-zi's ideology actually is in Jing-tain regime. The second chapter of this paper describes the importance of the Jing-tain theory by analyzing what does the Jing-tain theory mean in the Meng-zi's ideology. The third chapter shows the fact that Meng's political doctrine that rules one's people with justice gets accomplished through realizing Jing-tain regime. The fourth chapter describes the fact that the Jing-tain regime was made in Ha Eun Ju three dynasties but its origin was founded in the idea of kings Yo․Soon's. The fifth chapter describes the forming process of Ju dynasty's Jing-tain regime, which was the first regime performed by Hu-jik's great grandson. Komg-ryu who transferred the capital to the Bin province. This paper, through these contents, describes the impotance and the real forming process of Jing-tain regime.
