『윤문자(尹文子)』의 황로학(黃老學) 사상 특징에 대한 고찰 − ‘道治’와 ‘形名’을 중심으로 −

Abstract

"Yin Wenzi" is a philosophical work by Yin Wen, a famous pre-Qin scholar and Huang-Lao Taoist scholar. Its content involves the thoughts of famous schools, Legalists, Huang-Lao Taoism, Confucianism and other schools. Although it has been judged as a "fake book" by scholars in recent years, However, the book has distinctive ideological features and is of great research value. Unfortunately, there is currently less attention paid to "Yin Wenzi" in Korean academic circles. Scholars mostly focus on issues such as the version, age, and academic ideological attribution of "Yin Wenzi". This article intends to put aside these more controversial issues and only focus on the text content to explore the ideological characteristics. This article focuses on "Daozhi" and "form and name", intending to examine the characteristics of Huang-Laoxue thought in "Yin Wenzi". First of all, "Yin Wenzi" is based on Huang Lao's Taoist thought, takes "Tao" as the ideological basis, draws on and develops Laozi's idea of "governing by doing nothing", and puts forward the idea of "governing by Tao". Secondly, based on the ideological basis of "Tao Zhi", in view of the social reality at that time that "form" and "name" were divergent, he systematically expounded the theory of "form and name" with the purpose of "correcting names", and believed that names and forms should be consistent with each other. It can be orderly and not chaotic. "Yin Wenzi" established the theoretical basis for the legal classification by discussing the relationship between "name" and "form".
