Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify the relationships between career management and career satisfaction of airline employees. The findings of the study were as follows: First, regarding the relation between career management and career satisfaction, personal career plan, personal career tactics and organization career management of career management of airline employees have a significant influence to career satisfaction and organization career management has been known the most important cause to career satisfaction, followed by personal career plan, personal career tactics in relative influences. Second, regarding the moderating effect of the position on the relation between career management and career satisfaction, the position has moderated significantly as controllable variable.
