아태지역 항공 산업과 항공안전관리 체계 개선에 관한 연구

본 논문은 항공교통 수요가 급속도로 증가하면서 항공안전확보가 주요 이슈로 떠오른 아태지역의 항공교통 현황과 전망 및 항공안전관리체계를 개괄하고, 현상 진단을 근거로 항공안전관리체계의 개선방안을 찾아보는 것이 주요 연구 목표이다. 아태지역은 항공교통량을 기준으로 할 때, 항공사고 발생률이 다른 지역에 비해 낮은 것으로 보이나, 데이터 기반의 사전적 안전관리 측면에서 개선 필요성과 항공안전의 사전적 관리를 위한 데이터의 중요성을 고려하여, 데이터 수집을 위한 기반을 마련하고, 고급 통계와 수학적 분석으로 선진 지역과 동일한 수준의 데이터 기반 의사결정체계를 확립할 것을 제안한다.
Abstract
The rate of aircraft accidents in the region seems to be relatively lower than other regions. considering the air traffic flow. However, there is a need of improvement in the aspect of preventive safety management based on data. Considering the importance of data for preventive management of aviation safety, this paper suggests to arrange an infrastructure for data collection, and establish a data-based decision making system that is equivalent to that of advanced region with advanced statistic and mathematical analysis.
