Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the community social work network levels. The community social work network levels were made up workflow-network, communication -network and friendship-network. For this study, survey data were collected from 397 social workers in seoul. The results of the analyses showed that the important factors affecting the community social work network levels were community's strengths, professional networking skills and autonomy as expert. In comparison, the community's resources and community's serious problems have an weak effect on social work network levels. These findings provide implications and suggestions that the future development of cooperative relations between the community organizations needs practitioner's ability to build a community network and community's strengths.
