최근 AI기반 플랫폼을 이용한 학습방법이 교육분야의 중요한 화두가 되면서, 교육현장에서 이를 활용하고자하는 움직임이 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 본 연구는 C지역 소재 B대학교 간호대학생 중 성인간호학 수업에 참여한 187 명을 대상으로 AI 기반 적응형 학습교육을 적용한 후 그 효과를 검증하였다. Bloom의 학습 목표 분류학을 기반으로한 교육모델을 적용한 결과, 학습동기, 학습몰입, 학업성취, 학습전이가 모두 통계적으로 유의하게 향상되었다. 학생들은 시스템의 학습지원, 이해도, 학습효과, 편의성, 개인맞춤화 측면에서 높은 만족도를 보였다. 본 연구는 AI 기반 맞춤형 학습이 학습자의 다양한 학습 요소들을 효과적으로 증진시키는 효과적인 교수법임을 시사하며, 향후 다양한 교과목으로의 확대 적용을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것이다.
Abstract
Recent learning methods utilizing AI-based platforms have become a significant topic in the field of education, with active efforts to implement them in educational settings. This study verified the effects of applying AI-based adaptive learning education to 187 nursing students participating in adult nursing classes at B University in C region. After implementing an educational model based on Bloom's taxonomy of learning objectives, results showed statistically significant improvements in learning motivation, learning flow, academic achievement, and learning transfer. Students reported high satisfaction with the system's learning support, comprehensibility, learning effectiveness, convenience, and personalization aspects. This study suggests that AI-based personalized learning effectively enhances various learning elements for students, and provides foundational data for expanding its application to various subjects in the future.
